About Smudge-Proof Technology
This is a new manufacturing method developed to produce smudge-resistant lead by blending unique ingredients that tightly bond the graphite to the paper. The name "Smudge-Proof" comes from the English term meaning resistant to smudging or smearing. It retains the traditional strengths of uni leads?durability, darkness, and smoothness?while adding a new benefit: cleanliness.
Resists bleeding even under highlighters
When using highlighters or marker pens, the lead prevents graphite from spreading across the page. This helps keep your writing clear and the paper clean, while also reducing the amount of graphite transferred to the tip of the marker.

Note: "Smudging" refers to the spread of graphite on paper after writing due to rubbing. Under certain test conditions, this lead can reduce smudging by up to 50% compared to conventional products.
