When will my order be shipped?
Most orders ship within 2-5 business days after placing the order. After shipping, we will send you a tracking number by email.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours after placing the order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us from the inquiry form.
Are there any additional fees besides the cost of the product?
In addition to the cost of the product, there is a shipping fee. The shipping fee is calculated based on the destination country and the weight of the product, and you can check and confirm the fee during the checkout process. Since the products are shipped from Japan, consumption tax is not required in many countries, including the United States.
