Twist-advance MONO eraser: Rotate the eraser unit counterclockwise to extend the eraser.
Instructions

Refilling the lead: Pull out the eraser unit and insert up to three leads through the rear of the barrel.

Replacing the eraser: (1) Extend the eraser until the retaining clip becomes visible. (2) Turn the eraser unit clockwise completely, then pull out the eraser. (3) Insert a replacement eraser and rotate the eraser unit counterclockwise to retract it.
